| Mark ChadwickVice President, Business DevelopmentMark has over 10 years experience within and serving the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors and has closed many substantial product, service and licensing deals (£seven figures). Since joining Excelsyn in May 2005 until November 2007, Mark grew the Development Services business of Excelsyn from scratch to £3m turnover p/a and grew the customer base to over 50 wordwide. He is now responsible for growing sales across Excelsyn. Mark is a former Senior Fellow of Corpus Christi College, Cambridge. He holds a BSc in Genetics from the University of Nottingham, a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Newcastle and an MBA in entrepreneurship from Imperial College, London. |

He is chairman of the Speciality Chemicals Sector of the Royal Society of Chemistry. Gareth holds BSc and PhD chemistry degrees from Imperial College London and an MBA from Manchester University. |
