We have accumulated many years experience of procuring chemical raw materials, ensuring that quality and supply chain reliability is assured whilst seeking the most cost effective options to meet the budgetary requirements of clients.

Trusted relationships have been developed with agents who are able to provide a complete service to source materials from the Far Eastern supply base, ensuring that all of our requirements can be met.  We work particularly closely with a company called Leancare.

As a standard, all of our suppliers are required to complete a Supplier Questionnaire, assuring ongoing compliance with required quality standards, and for critical supplies a facility audit can also be conducted.

All incoming raw materials have to meet a formal test specification, and are released by our own QC Department before use. It is also typical that reagent samples from prospective bulk sources are use-tested in the laboratory during the development phase of a project.

For strategic ongoing needs, supply risk is mitigated by the approval of at least 2 suppliers for critical reagents.

Supplier performance is constantly monitored to ensure continuity of the best possible service.
