A dedicated New Product Introduction (‘NPI’) team manages the introduction of new manufacturing opportunities (kilo-lab upward) from their first evaluation and costing, through to implementation and delivery.

Led by the NPI Manager, the team comprises 3 dedicated Project Managers, assisted by a Support Co-ordinator who manages reagent sourcing, batch instruction authoring, etc.

The Project Managers are all qualified chemists, each with experience of process development and scale-up in fine chemicals manufacturing. They are conversant with the broad legislative requirements of the industry and will ensure that all aspects of your project are properly managed. They act as the clients single point of contact, and are accountable for maintaining clear lines of communication throughout the project life-cycle. They will assemble multi-disciplinary project teams, appropriate to the needs of the project, aiming that all agreed project deliverables are met on-time and in-full.
