We understand that meeting deadlines is of paramount importance to your business.  We rigourously measure the speed of our delivery and how fast we get an initial response to an enquiry back to you (typically within 2 days) and also how long it takes us to give you a full proposal (max 2 weeks for a complex proposal).  We also ask our customers directly whether we have been fast and responsive enough on a particular project, and projects are scored internally according to this feedback.
